Preventative Health Care
Wellness exams are very important to keep your pet in the best possible health. Since our pets can’t tell us when something is wrong and are very good at hiding their illness until the advanced stages, wellness exams are essential to finding illnesses in the early stages when they are much more treatable.

Our pets age 6-7 years for every human year and so we recommend twice yearly wellness exams, especially for middle aged to older pets. This is the same as us humans visiting our physician once every 3-4 years.

We give your pet a complete exam from head to toe, do any other tests we feel are necessary and update vaccinations if needed. Our vaccination schedules are customized depending on your pet’s lifestyle.

Surgery
From routine to more complex, we do all types of surgery using the newest and safest anesthesia and pain control. All patients are closely monitored before, during and after surgery to ensure a safe, pain free procedure.

Dental Care
Regular dental care is essential to the health of our pets. Poor oral health can lead to chronic pain as well as secondary kidney, liver and heart disease. All dental procedures are done using safe, short acting anesthesia making these procedures safe for even senior pets.

Diagnostics
When your pet is ill we are able to do the necessary testing to diagnose and properly treat your pet. All blood tests are done in a state-of-the-art veterinary diagnostic lab. We have in-house x-ray and EKG facilities, and we have radiologists available to do diagnostic ultrasounds at our hospital. For very complex or difficult to diagnose illnesses we can refer your pet to specialists who can do more advanced diagnostic procedures.
